為關懷弱勢兒童，台灣羅氏大藥廠超過百名同仁在台北市華山文創園區舉行健走活動，並捐出兩個月來募集的145萬元，其中同仁捐款71萬元給「愛慈社會福利基金會」和「臺東縣南迴健康促進關懷服務協會」，分別用於預防愛滋寶寶專案，以及提供原住民兒童課後教育的方舟教室；羅氏公司並提供74萬相對捐款至發展中國家的公益組織包括馬拉威、衣索比亞和菲律賓，改善當地兒童的教育與健康。laennec

健走活動現場，約百位羅氏員工透過闖關活動體驗發展中國家的孩子最基本的需要，像是「拯救飢餓」、「用愛發電」、「擊退沙蚤」和「為愛上色」，來了解羅氏為兒童而走募集到的經費已提供弱勢兒童學習環境中飲食、學校基礎設施、健康、和受教育的機會，羅氏全球員工基金會協助既有的馬拉威和菲律賓外，還增加與衣索比亞、尼泊爾和肯亞的在地教育夥伴的新合作案。

15年已募集台幣5.1億元
羅氏為兒童而走是羅氏集團全球的重要員工活動，自2003年的第一次全公司活動，已經有超過22萬員工參與，並募集超過一千七百萬瑞士法郎(台幣5.1億元)，羅氏提供與員工捐款金額相等的相對捐，幫助發展中國家像是馬拉威、衣索比亞和菲律賓。捐款提供給在地公益團體或透過獨立的慈善信託基金﹝Roche Employee Action and Charity Trust （Re&Act）﹞捐出。

In order to care for the disadvantaged children, more than 100 colleagues from Taiwan’s Roche Pharmaceuticals held a walking activity in the Huashan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei, and donated 1.45 million yuan in two months. Among them, the donation of RMB 710,000 to the “Aici Social Welfare” The Foundation and the Taitung County South Back Health Promotion and Care Service Association are used to prevent the AIDS baby project and provide the Ark classroom for the after-school education of Aboriginal children. Roche also provides 740,000 relative donations to developing countries. Non-profit organizations include Malawi, Ethiopia and the Philippines to improve the education and health of local children.
Experience the most basic needs of children through customs activities
At the walking event, about 100 Roche employees experienced the most basic needs of children in developing countries through the activities of “salvation of hunger”, “power generation with love”, “repelling sand shovel” and “painting for love” through the Shaoguan activities. To understand that Roche’s funding for children has provided opportunities for disadvantaged children to learn about diet, school infrastructure, health, and education, and the Roche Global Staff Foundation assists existing Malawi and the Philippines. 15 years have raised NT$510 million
Roche is a key employee activity for Roche Group for children. Since the first company-wide event in 2003, more than 220,000 employees have participated and raised more than 17 million Swiss francs (NT$510 million). Roche offers relative donations equal to the amount of donations from employees to help developing countries like Malawi, Ethiopia and the Philippines. Donations are donated to local charities or through a charitable trust fund (Roche Employee Action and Charity Trust (Re&Act).
